Manny Malkan

President, Chief Financial & Operating Officer

Manny has over 25 years of successful experience in Finance and Business Operations across multiple industries in global multinationals as well as entrepreneurial enterprises. He has built best in class teams that drive results through proactive problem solving, analysis, and innovation resulting in a positive step change within organizations.

Prior to joining Ness Software Engineering Services (SES), Manny has held various global leadership roles in firms such as Barclays, UBS, Lehman Brothers, Siemens Business Services, AIG Technologies, Simon & Schuster and CIBA-Geigy Corporation.​ Over the past 15 years, he has focused within the Technology services sector, serving as Global IT CFO, head of Strategy & Governance, Americas head of cost control with responsibility and oversight of IT spend of up to $2 billion and G&A spend up to $5 billion. Areas of responsibility have included global finance, operations, vendor management, facilities, recruiting and human resources. He has also led global cross functional teams in driving productivity and efficiency initiatives resulting in cost optimization and attainment of ROI.

Manny joined Ness Software Engineering Services in October of 2013 as CFO and has since assumed additional responsibilities as COO, responsible for Global support functions in US, EMEA and India. He continues to focus on driving the firm’s strategic objectives partnering with Ness Sales and Delivery to optimize profitable growth while providing our clients with world class service that enables them to exceed their strategic objectives.​
